We know that Shakespeare was a playwright, and even that he acted in some of his own plays, but did you know that he was a poet too?
Shakespeare wrote a specific type of poem called a sonnet. In fact, he wrote 154 of them! In this video, we'll break down what makes a sonnet different from other poems and explore writing our own!

I see a tree that's really big and tall
The wind is blowing it all to and fro
But soon the leaves will all begin to fall
And make big stacks down on the ground below
